Is this a separate subscription from my Counselor plan? ▾
Yes. Marketing Automation is an add-on — it attaches to your existing Counselor Solo, Plus, or Team subscription and bills separately on Stripe. You can cancel the add-on without affecting your main plan.
Can I cancel anytime? ▾
Yes. Cancel from your Stripe billing portal — you keep access until the end of your current billing period. No early-cancellation fee. The $750 White-Glove setup is non-refundable after onboarding (60-day refund window otherwise).
What's the White-Glove setup fee for? ▾
The one-time $750 covers: brand kit ingestion (logo, fonts, color palette), platform OAuth setup across 8 channels, a kickoff strategy call with your dedicated strategist, and your first content calendar built out 4 weeks ahead. Waived if you commit annually before 2026-09-01.
Which platforms do you actually publish to? ▾
Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube Shorts, TikTok (draft mode), Threads, and Naver Blog. Per-language channel routing keeps Korean content on your Korean accounts and English content on your English accounts — no cross-language pollution.
