Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

You can cancel anytime from your Stripe billing portal. You keep access until the end of your current billing period, and there is no early-cancellation fee.

Refunds

Refund requests made within 14 days of a charge are honored. Email us from your account email and we'll process it to your original payment method.

Access codes & coupon packs

Unredeemed access codes and coupon packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Once a code has been redeemed by a student, that code is non-refundable.

Korean customers (전자상거래법)

Under Korea's Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, you may withdraw your purchase within 7 days for services not yet used. For digital content or services you have already accessed, the right of withdrawal may be limited as permitted under Article 17 of the Act.

Cancel from the Stripe billing portal in your account, or email hello@talentopian.com with your account email and the charge in question.
